Payments are handled at the time of order by our webshop. Orders can be paid using the following methods:
Credit card / Debit card – handled by our payment service provider WooPayments which is integrated to our webshop
Direct bank transfer – Use the payment information provided in the webshop checkout. Note the delivery customer name as reference in the payment. Notice, that the order is processed only after the transfer has successfully transferred to the InHorse Company account.
Cash on delivery – Available only by agreement for domestic customers in Finland, using the pick-up delivery option. Maksu toimitettaessa mahdollinen Suomessa erikseen sovituille toimituksille.
All orders are processed promptly, and we aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. In case of unexpected delays in order processing, we will contact you via e-mail / phone provided in the order information. International orders are shipped via UPS and domestic orders in Finland using Posti. A tracking number will be sent to your contact e-mail, when shipping. For domestic orders, by separate agreement, a pick-up delivery option can be offered for delivery in person at an agreed location or event. Always contact us at info@inhorse.fi, before placing an order using the pick-up delivery option.

We’re sure you enjoy our products. However, if you are for some reason not satisfied with the product, All InHorse Company webshop orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return will be refunded once we’ve received the return. Returned items must be in new and unused condition.
